Cancellation Policy:
A deposit of one nights accommodation is taken at the time of booking from the credit card you have provided. The booking is not confirmed if this is not paid or if your credit card is declined.
If you need to cancel your booking and let us know 72 hours prior to your arrival date, your deposit less $10 to cover costs is refunded, if paying by Amercian Express a 4% surcharge, Visa and Mastercard incur 1.5%.
For cancellations made within 72 hours of the day or arrival no refund of any payment shall be made.
For Lost or key replacement a $25.00 fee applies.
Check-in Instructions
Our office is open from 8 am to 8 pm in the summer months and 8.30 am to 6 pm in the winter months.
If you arrive outside of these hours we live on site and are happy to let you in when you arrive.
Ring the office phone and someone will come and show you to your room.
Terms and Conditions:
Customers shall be required to provide a valid credit card at the motel on check-in to cover any additional charges and may also be required to provide photographic identification.
The Swansea Motor Inn makes its best efforts to ensure that the information available on its website is accurate. However, the Swansea Motor Inn cannot and does not guarantee that the website is free from any errors, faults or omissions and reserves the right to change information published.
The Swansea Motor Inn offers are not commissionable to any registered travel agents. The following terms and conditions will be enforced by the property managers
NON-SMOKING
In the event of any physical evidence, or residual odour, which indicates that smoking of any form has taken place inside a guest room, a charge of $250 will be made against the credit card provided to the motel at the time of making the booking and/or at the time of checking in.
This charge will cover the cost of steam cleaning the carpet and other soft furnishings, and of laundering all bedding.
ZERO TOLERANCE PARTY POLICY
In the interests of quiet enjoyment and respect for all guests at the motel, a no party policy applies to all guests staying at the property.
Guests are expected to be quiet after 10pm Immediate eviction with no refund applies to any breaches of this policy.
PETS
With the exception of Sight and Hearing assistance dogs, all pets are strictly forbidden inside guest rooms.
Any guests breaching this rule will face immediate eviction and a $200 cleaning fee for carpet and any soft furnishings effected.
Pets in vehicles may only be permitted by prior specific arrangement.
COOKING
Cooking in guest rooms is strictly forbidden by Health Authorities with the exception of the use of the kettle microwave and toaster provided.
A complimentary guest BBQ is provided for guests wishing to cook a meal.
Fees for additional cleaning may apply should guests cook inside a guest room. or leave excess washing up or mess for our staff.
PROPERTY DAMAGE
Any damage to motel property, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each particular room.
Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the credit card of the registered guest. In extreme cases, criminal charges will be pursued.
MANAGERS DISCRETION
Management is entitled to exercise discretion and either revoke a booking or resell a room in the following instances:
- If a guest arrives to check-in in an intoxicated or disruptive state
- Has not confirmed the booking or forwarded deposit monies by the required date
- Fails to arrive within a reasonable time of the advised ETA. The onus is on the guest to advise of any delays for arrival time.
Group Bookings will be accepted at the discretion of the managers after an assessment has been made as to any likely disruption to other guests.
