We are 58 kilometres from Freycinet national Park.
Can we walk to cafes, restaurants and shops?
You sure can! Everything in town is within walking distance for most people.
Is there car parking available on-site?
Yes, and it’s free. Parking is “first in, best dressed” and sometimes in our busiest times, the car park is full. If this happens then there is heaps of free parking in front of the motel.
Can I bring my pet?
Sorry, no pets allowed.
When can we check-in and what time is check-out?
We try to be as flexible as possible, if your room is available early you are welcome to check-in before our usual 2:00pm. – just be sure to call ahead. Check-out time is 10:00am.
No Party Policy
The Swansea Motor Inn has a strict “No Party” policy to ensure guests can enjoy their stay and not be inconvenienced through noise or actions of others. The Swansea Motor Inn will not accept a reservation when the intent is to have a party or function within the hotel room or on the hotel premises. We reserve the right to request people who are making too much noise at any time of the day or night to leave. No refunds will be applicable. A security company or the police may be called to investigate complaints of excessive noise or anti-social behaviour.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in any room, or apartment in our motel. Guests will be charged a $200.00 cleaning fee if evidence of smoking is found in the room.
Can we invite friends over?
Of course. Please be respectful of other guests and keep noise to a minimum. All visitors must leave the premises by 9:00p.m. Please refer to our “No Party Policy” on our website.
