"Boomer Creek Vineyard & Cellar Door is a boutique family run and operated vineyard & cellar door on the central East Coast of Tasmania, producing premium wines in an idealic location.

Our Cellar Door offers both picturesque views of Schouten Island & the freycinet peninsula nestled amongst our working farm and fringed with native forest. Platters are available daily alongside our lovely wines.

Boomer Creek was first established under the Walters name by Colin Walters Senior in 1969. It is currently a third generation family owned and operated property which is quite diverse in farm production.

Aside from our vineyard we also breed fine wool Merino sheep, Hampshire sheep for the lamb market and stud classic and miniature Herefords all of which play a big part in our farm production, and alongside we also have our 3 hectare olive grove.

We also have an outdoor pet friendly area, but we do please ask that you have your four legged friend on lead at all times as we are a working farm with livestock, and in respect to other guests who can be fearful of dogs."
